Enter Shancara... a distant planet in the galaxy that has declared independence from the Galactic Empire. The Empire would recognize Shancara as an independent nation planet, but a president must be elected. Therefore, four prominent figured rose to the challenge.

Garo: A nobleman who's descended from the original human settlers on Shancara who has a large influence with the many factions on the planet.
Alib: The king of Shancara's natives who owns more mines, thus, can gather more ore than the other players. This results in Alib acquiring more credits than other players.
Bora: The owner of Shancara's largest spaceport and can shut down ore trade at will. Whenever someone trades ore for credits, Bora will receive one-third of the proceeds.
Moto: A war hero who lost most of his body from battle. He's a cyborg with a large personal army at his disposal.

As one of these characters, you must do whatever it takes to become Shancara's first president. That means you must bribe factions, start civil wars, and even send hitmen out to bump off opposition. Yeah, lots of dirty deeds.

The Dual-Tile Encoding routines used in Last Armageddon were repurposed for this game, allowing for more text to be inserted into the game. Many thanks goes to KingMike, phonymike, Pennywise and FCandChill for the code. Also, thanks to Cyneprepou4uk for helping with repurposing the code for use with the game.
